We conduct thorough verification of properties and developers, including:

• Developer credibility assessment
• Location and market analysis

However, we encourage all clients to conduct their own due diligence and, where necessary, seek independent legal and financial advice before making property purchases.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Conduct personal due diligence on recommended properties
• Make informed investment decisions based on your financial capacity
• Review all property documentation thoroughly before purchase
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Financial Transactions

Sitocity Homes does not directly handle property purchase transactions. All financial transactions for property acquisition are conducted directly between the client and the property developer or seller. We provide advisory and facilitation services only.

7. Partnership Disclosures

We maintain partnerships with verified real estate developers including Dolu Properties, Ulan Homes, Capital City, and others. These partnerships allow us to provide verified properties and preferential terms to our clients. We may receive compensation from developers for successful referrals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sitocity Homes provides advisory services and cannot guarantee property appreciation or investment returns
• We are not liable for any losses arising from property investments made based on our recommendations
• We are not responsible for actions or omissions of third-party developers, sellers, or service providers
• Our liability is limited to the advisory fees paid by the client, if applicable

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sitocity Homes website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sitocity Homes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, with your consent, or as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will provide any outstanding information or documents related to your inquiry, and you remain responsible for any fees owed for services rendered.
